نبذة عن المركز
يعد مركز السعيد للبحث العلمي (SCSR) حجر الزاوية في استراتيجية جامعة السعيد نحو الريادة الأكاديمية والابتكار. تأسس المركز ليكون بيئة حاضنة للباحثين والمبتكرين، حيث يسعى إلى إنتاج معرفة علمية أصيلة تسهم في حل المشكلات المجتمعية وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. نحن نؤمن بأن البحث العلمي هو المحرك الأساسي للتقدم، ولذا نعمل كجسر يربط بين الأفكار الأكاديمية والتطبيقات الصناعية.
الأهداف الاستراتيجية
● تعزيز ثقافة البحث والتطوير والابتكار في مختلف التخصصات العلمية.
● دعم الباحثين وطلبة الدراسات العليا لتنفيذ مشاريع بحثية ذات جودة عالمية.
● بناء شراكات استراتيجية مع المؤسسات الأكاديمية والصناعية محلياً ودولياً.
● رفع جودة النشر العلمي للجامعة في المجلات المصنفة عالمياً Scopus & Web of Science)).
● حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية وبراءات الاختراع للباحثين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
● إدارة وتمويل المشاريع البحثية وفق معايير التميز والنزاهة العلمية.
● تنظيم المؤتمرات الدولية والندوات وورش العمل المتخصصة.
● تقديم الاستشارات العلمية والفنية للقطاعين العام والخاص.
● الإشراف على المجلات العلمية الصادرة عن الجامعة وتطويرها.
● ضمان الالتزام بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي ومعايير الجودة العالمية.
الوحدات الفنية والتنفيذية:
1. وحدة التخطيط والتطوير البحثي: (إعداد الاستراتيجيات ومؤشرات الأداء).
2. وحدة تمويل المشاريع والمنح: (إدارة التمويل الداخلي والخارجي).
3. وحدة النشر والترجمة العلمية: (دعم النشر الدولي والتدقيق).
4. وحدة الابتكار ونقل التكنولوجيا: (براءات الاختراع والشراكات).
5. وحدة قواعد البيانات والإحصاء: (التصنيف الدولي والأرشفة الرقمية).
6. وحدة الدراسات والاستشارات: (تقديم الخدمات البحثية للمجتمع).

About the SCSR
The Al-Saeed Center for Scientific Research (SCSR) is the cornerstone of Al-Saeed University’s strategy towards academic excellence and innovation. Established to serve as a hub for researchers and innovators, the center strives to produce authentic scientific knowledge that addresses societal challenges and fosters sustainable development. We believe that scientific research is the primary engine of progress; therefore, we act as a bridge connecting academic ideas with industrial applications

● Managing and funding research projects based on excellence and scientific integrity.
● Organizing international conferences, symposiums, and specialized workshops.
● Providing scientific and technical consultations to the public and private sectors.
● Overseeing and developing the scientific journals published by the university.
● Ensuring strict adherence to research ethics and international quality standards.
Technical & Executive Units:
1. Research Planning & Development Unit: (Strategy and KPI development).
2. Research Grants & Funding Unit: (Managing internal and external funding).
3. Scientific Publishing & Translation Unit: (Supporting international publishing and editing).
4. Innovation & Technology Transfer Office (TTO): (Patents and industrial partnerships).
5. Database & Statistics Unit: (Global rankings and digital archiving).
6. Studies & Consultancy Unit: (Providing research services to the community).
